b. Escalation to DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection. If you are not satisfied with our resolution or response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection.

c. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Where appropriate, we may recommend resolving disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, such as mediation or arbitration, in accordance with DIFC laws.
- Voluntary Participation. Participation in ADR is voluntary and intended to provide an efficient resolution process.
- Arbitration Clause. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ADR or internal mechanisms will be subject to binding arbitration under the DIFC Arbitration Laws. For enterprise clients, disputes related to QDub Enterprise services will be addressed in accordance with the terms outlined in the Account-Based Terms of Service. This includes specific liability and indemnity provisions agreed upon during contract execution.
d. Jurisdiction and Governing Law. All complaints and disputes will be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
